Mobility
on Demand
Mobility-on-demand relates to the ability of individuals to utilize varying transportation modes to make their trips more efficient. MOD will be especially valuable in helping to address the transportation challenges in urban areas, transit deserts and as a replacement for fixed routes during off-peak hours. A MOD digital platform can help travelers plan their journey and allow them to choose whatever route is more efficient for them — be it the lowest cost, shortest travel time, and/or fewest transfers.
